SHIPPING/PICK-UP POLICY

United States

Shipping within the continental United States is available at a flat rate of $6.99 per order. Shipping on orders over $150 is FREE - no code needed! Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Most packages are shipped using either USPS Priority Mail®. or UPS. Domestic deliveries arrive in 2-7 business days, depending on the package destination.

Please note that due to the current situation with regard to Covid-19, the delivery time may be extended.

This shipping estimate does not include the 2-3 business days needed for order fulfillment.

Shipping to the Catskills/Bungalow Colonies

Being that the mail is very unreliable in the Catskills, Bopop is in no way responsible for packages that are shipped to the Catskills or bungalow colonies once it has left our warehouse.

Canada

Shipping to Canada is calculated based on the destination address, size, and weight of your package. Items shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order and will not be covered or reimbursed by BOPOP. Orders shipping to Canada are non-returnable, as specified in our return policy. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All packages are shipped using either UPS Ground or DHL Services. Deliveries arrive in 2-12 business days, depending on the package destination.

Bopop is in no way responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen packages once it has left our warehouse.

 

Curbside Pickup

Once an order is ready for pickup, the customer has up to 30 days to pick up the order. After 30 days, Bopop reserves the right to return the item(s) to their inventory, without issuing a refund to the customer.

Once an item is ready for pickup, its cancellation will be treated like a return and will only be accepted within the timeframe we allow for a return - (see our return policy).
