RETURNS

Bopop is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with each of your purchases. Sometimes things just don't work out, and that's okay! We gladly accept returns on full-priced, non-international orders. Please read through the entire return policy carefully, before requesting a return.

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN:

Submit a return request:

Click here and request a return.

1. Log in to your account:

A. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
B. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
C. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and in the notes section, please specify if you are requesting a return label, or if it will be dropped off. Please write very clearly if you want a shipping label. Please note, that if you request a return label, $7 will be deducted from your refund.
5. Click Submit request. If your return request is approved, then you will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed with your return. After the product is returned to the warehouse, you will receive a refund.

Please allow 1-2 working days to be approved for a return.
Please allow 5-7 working days from receipt of a return for us to process a refund. Once a refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

RETURN POLICY:

  • Please note that the acceptance of the return of a product for refund, exchange or store credit is in our absolute and sole discretion, and we reserve the right to deny a return for any reason we seem fit. 
  • All items purchased on SALE, or using ANY DISCOUNT CODE, are FINAL SALE.
  • All returns must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery or pickup email for a refund and within 14 days for a website credit. After 14 days all orders are final sale.
  • Return time does not allow for any exclusions including holidays.
  • All return requests must be made thru the return portal. You can either ship it back with our return label which will deduct $7 off your refund or you can drop it off at our warehouse.
  • Returned merchandise must include all tags and be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. (unused and unwashed) If not received in original packaging, $3 will be deducted per item from the refund.
  • There is a 3% restocking fee for all RETURNS. Returns over $500 USD are subjected to a 6% restocking fee.
  • A packing slip must be included in your package.

  • If there are any discrepancies (wrong size, wrong color, wrong style, damaged item etc.) in your order, please contact us via email at info@bopopkids.com within 7 days of order receipt. Any such item received without previous notification of a discrepancy will not be processed as a return.
  • Cancellation: the cancellation of any order is to be bound by the same policies as a return. Therefore, one may not cancel an order after it may not be returned (i.e. after 7 days from when it is made available for pickup). An order out for shipping cannot be canceled at all and needs to be returned in accordance with our return policy. 
  • There are no returns from outside the contiguous United States.
  • Bopop's return policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they familiarize themselves with the most recently updated return policy, as posted here on the website.

REFUNDS

Returns that fit all the requirements listed in our return policy qualify for a refund equal to the full paid value of the items that are returned. Refunds will be processed back onto the original form of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days from when the return is delivered for your return to be processed and a refund issued.

If you paid with a credit card, this will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. 

When the return does not fit the return requirements, Bopop reserves the right to deny it at the full expense of the customer. The meeting of our requirements is to be determined solely by Bopop.  In addition, We reserve the right to send back any return the way we choose at the full expense of the owner. 

Shipping Charges: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.

If one received free shipping due to an order over $150, and then returns part of the order, to which the sum total is less than $150, then $6.99 will be deducted from the refundable amount.
