RETURNS

Bopop is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with each of your purchases. Sometimes things just don't work out, and that's okay! We gladly accept returns on full-priced, non-international orders. 

  • Please note that the acceptance of the return of a product for refund, exchange or store credit is in our absolute and sole discretion, and we reserve the right to deny a return for any reason we seem fit. 
  • When your order is received by shipping - when returning your order, it must be shipped back to us within 4 days of receipt (as defined by the date the package is marked delivered by the courier) to receive a complete refund, and 6 days to receive store credit.
  • When your order is set to be picked up locally - you have 5 days to return your order to the drop box to receive a refund. (As defined from when your order is ready for pickup) and 7 days to receive store credit
  • To receive full credit, if you are shipping back a return, it must be shipped out within 4 days of delivery, or 4 days of when your item is marked ready for pickup.
  • When your order is being delivered, made available and or/received in any other way, you have 4 days from when your order is by the place you have chosen (i.e. you receive it or our delivering it to the place and/or person you have chosen) to return it to us (by sending it out within 4 days or by dropping it off in our box within 5 days), and 7 days to receive store credit
  • After the above mentioned times, no returns are accepted.
  • The item must have all tags attached and is undamaged.
  • All items must be returned with original packaging. If not received in original package, $3 will be deducted per item from the refund.
  • The item must not be worn, a careful try on is not considered worn.
  • If there are any discrepancies (wrong size, wrong color, wrong style, damaged item etc.) in your order, please contact us via email at info@bopopkids.com within 7 days of order receipt. Any such item received without previous notification of a discrepancy will not be processed as a return.
  • Cancellation: the cancellation of any order is to be bound by the same policies as a return. Therefore, one may not cancel an order after it may not be returned (i.e. after 7 days from when it is made available for pickup). An order out for shipping cannot be canceled at all and needs to be returned in accordance with our return policy. 
  • All sale items and items purchased at a discount are final sale unless otherwise specified. In addition, once an order is placed for a sale item, it may not be cancelled.
  • All pre orders are final sale with no cancellation allowed.
  • There are no returns from outside the contiguous United States.
  • Bopop's return policy is subject to change at any time without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they familiarize themselves with the most recently updated return policy, as posted here on the website.

REFUNDS

Returns that fit all the requirements listed in our return policy qualify for a refund equal to the full paid value of the items that are returned. Refunds will be processed back onto the original form of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days from when the return is delivered for your return to be processed and a refund issued.

If you paid with a credit card, this will show on your next statement, depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. 

When the return does not fit the return requirements, Bopop reserves the right to deny it at the full expense of the customer. The meeting of our requirements is to be determined solely by Bopop.  In addition, We reserve the right to send back any return the way we choose at the full expense of the owner. 

Shipping Charges: Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges.

If one received free shipping due to an order over $150, and then returns part of the order, to which the sum total is less than $150, then $6.99 will be deducted from the refundable amount.

HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN:

Step 1:

Circle the items you wish to return on your packing slip/invoice and include it in your sealed package. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the items being returned fit the listed return requirements above. 

Step 2:

The customer is responsible for return shipping fees and for generating a return label through the courier of their choice.

Step 3:

You will receive an email when your return is processed.
